REFUND PROCESS

📋 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. State the reason for your refund request

Processing Time:
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Amount:
Refunds are for the hosting service fee only. Any additional products or services purchased are non-refundable.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Service Outages:
If we experience extended service outages beyond our SLA guarantees, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Billing Errors:
In case of billing errors or duplicate charges, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund any verified errors.
Pro-rated Refunds:
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service or early cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel:
You may cancel your services at any time through your client area or by contacting support. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid auto-renewal.
Data After Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. We recommend backing up your data before cancellation.
Auto-Renewal:
Services are set to auto-renew by default. You can disable auto-renewal in your client area at any time.
